Arti Rainbow Shuffle, Open Call

Arti et Amicitiae invites artists and collectives to submit proposals for the Arti Rainbow Shuffle.

With this series, we create space for art and encounters around themes such as identity, gender, love, the body, and community. We are looking for makers who bring new perspectives to light and open up conversation.

Arti is a place where artists and audiences meet, where debate can be challenging, and where imagination is given room to grow. Openness and diversity are a natural part of this. Who you are, how you feel, and who you love—within Arti, this should not be a question, but a given.

At the same time, we recognize that our history and position as an established art institution can sometimes present a barrier. For that very reason, we actively make space for voices and perspectives that are not always naturally represented.

In 2024–2025, Arti collaborated with IDAHOTIQZ on a series of evenings focused on LGBTQ+ art, performance, and encounters, as part of Amsterdam 750. This collaboration brought new energy and connection—and forms the starting point for us to continue building on this work.

We offer space for performances, talks, lectures, music, and more, for makers and organizers both within and beyond Arti.
