Home(Sweet)Home: Actually not that sweet
A total installation by Eleye Boerenkamps and Vita Buivid
In collaboration with curator Nina Folkersma
Exhibition text written by art historian and critic Nadeche Remst
HOME(sweet)HOME: Actually not that sweet is the title for a new installation developed by two artists who are brought up in different generations and cultural, national, social and geographical backgrounds. In this exhibition Vita Buivid (1962, Dnepropetrovsk, now Dnipro, she/her) and Eleye Boerenkamps (1994, Deurne, he/her/they/them) evoke an experience of a home where people are moving. They examine the notion of home as something that is constantly moving. The viewer can merge with the installation that covers all exhibition spaces at Arti et Amicitiae. There will be photo and video works, sculptures, performances alongside stuff and different public activities.
