Artist Talks with 20.30 hrs: Persijn Broersen & Margit Lukács and 21.15 hrs: Đăng-Vũ Đặng

The artist duo Margit Lukács and Persijn Broersen created a digital 3D animated film, Het Hof van de Leeuw, in which they explore the complex interweaving of nature, culture, and technology. The film is set in a post-apocalyptic Binnenhof in The Hague. This iconic and surreal AI-driven film is projected on a large screen in the stately staircase hall of Arti. The Faustian texts sung by lions ensure that from the moment you enter, you are carried off into unknown dimensions. Music by composer Bram Kortekaas. 

Đăng-Vũ Đặng tells his story—one of Dutch-Vietnamese diaspora—through edible objects, films, and food photography, allowing you to experience every facet of the narrative. He will give an in depth presentation about his artistic practice/research.
