Creative Grounds 2026: Create Your Own Bouquet with ’t Lievertje Bloemisten

On the third weekend of September, the Amsterdam Museum is hosting the first edition of Creative Grounds. For three days, the center of Amsterdam will be all about craftsmanship—and Arti is no exception.

On Sunday, September 20, there will be a flower arranging class organized by 't Lievertje Bloemisten.

’t Lievertje Bloemisten is a family-run business with a deep love for flowers. During this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of arranging a bouquet. Then you’ll get to work on your own. You’ll take your own creation home with you.

This weekend, goldsmith, woodworker, and artist Tijmen IJsendijk will be exhibiting his work in the glass display case in the entrance to the social club. This event is also part of Creative Grounds. You can find more information here.

For three days, Amsterdam’s city center will be all about craftsmanship. At various locations, you can watch creators at work, have the opportunity to make something yourself, and learn about the stories, techniques, and traditions behind craftsmanship, handicrafts, and artisanal skills.
