Once again, Arti is dedicated to “White Gold.” What has been received with great enthusiasm in previous seasons returns: a society evening where asparagus takes centre stage, and the kitchen is fully devoted to this short but rich season.
In the early morning, fresh asparagus is sourced directly from the fields of Brabant. From late morning onwards, the kitchen brigade begins its preparations. With care and attention, a menu is created in which classic preparations and contemporary accents come together — leaving room for both refinement and familiarity.
From 18:00 onwards, members and their guests are welcome to join an evening where flavour, seasonality, and togetherness are at the heart of the experience. The menu follows the asparagus in different expressions: from fresh, light notes at the start to a rich and well-rounded main course, followed by a surprising finale.
Reserve a ticket and indicate whether you prefer the fish or vegetarian menu.
As in previous editions, this evening requires careful preparation in the kitchen. We therefore kindly ask you to reserve in advance. Reservations close on May 6 15.00 p.m.
Menu price: €39.50 per person.
NB: On this evening, the à la carte menu is not available; only the asparagus menu will be served.
