Biografie Mijn werk gaat over onze waarneming, over de werking van zintuigen en over de schijn en de werkelijkheid. Over het gevoel niet helemaal gerust of thuis te zijn in de wereld die we hebben geschapen. Ik ben geïnspireerd door de gecultiveerde en gemanipuleerde omgeving. In mijn werk is het leven bevroren en stilgezet op een vervreemdende manier. We weten niet meteen wat we zien. Ik maak ongemakkelijke en soms ongerijmde kunst. Mijn wereld is er één van contrasten en tegenstrijdigheden.
